Although Ettan has made every effort to incorporate safety features, we must warn you that the operation of our products, like that of any machinery in which moving parts are exposed and pressure is generated, demands caution of the operator. For your safety, we must insist that you keep both hands off the bed during either manual or motorized printing.

Limited Warranty

ETTAN CORPORATION warrants its presses to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three (3) years from the date of original retail purchase. Within the warranty period, repair or replacement of parts will be performed without charge and within a reasonable period of time. ONCE IN THE POSSESSION OF THE CONSUMER, PRODUCT DAMAGE NOT DUE TO A DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, OR RESULTING EITHER FROM CONTINUING USE OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR FROM OTHER THAN NORMAL PRINTING USE, INCLUDING REPAIR OR DISASSEMBLY BY ANYONE NOT AUTHORIZED IN WRITING BY ETTAN CORPORATION, IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY.

Any postage, insurance and shipping charges incurred in returning the press for any purpose shall be paid by the consumer.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE WARRANTOR DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS TRANSFERABLE UPON WRITTEN NOTIFICATION TO THE ETTAN CORPORATION AND THE PAYMENT OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) TRANSFER FEE WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS OF TRANSFER.

In addition to the forgoing warranty, the consumer is granted a THIRTY (30) DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE from the date of the original retail purchase. The product must be returned in the original condition, shipping prepaid.
